Overnight Luxury Tour to Bellingen

This tour travels down a spectacular road perfect for practicing freshly learnt cornering and braking techniques to one of the North Coast’s most popular hinterland destinations. Leaving from Armidale and turning onto a back road you will wind through beautiful rainforest with stunning views out over farmland below. At the base of the mountain the road meets and then follows the Maclay River as it cuts through the farmland. Coffee and lunch stops are taken in quaint little villages including Taylors Arm, made famous by the Pub with No Beer. The best riding is yet to come as we head through the hills to Bellingen. This road wanders through rainforest occasionally popping out beside picturesque little farms. This kind of touring is perfectly suited to the Ural sidecars and you will experience them at their best. 

Our accommodation for the night is a gorgeous bed and breakfast nestled in the forest overlooking a pristine creek below. The following day a leisurely morning in Bellingen allows time for coffee or window shopping in the trendy little town now colonized by artisans and people enjoying alternative lifestyles. The ride from Bellingen back up the mountain is famous amongst motorcycle rider’s as one of the most enjoyable roads in NSW. The views from Dorrigo are breathtaking and the road home from there weaves through rolling hills on the Waterfall Way.
